Investment Property Services is your property management company.  We will do our very best to exceed your expectations.

IPS was selected by your Board to collect dues and assessments, provide selected services-- like trash collection, snow removal, and possibly lawn care-- and enforce your Community's Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions.

To make these processes fast and efficient, we use a software platform called Buildium.  This system contains information about your property and our services, and allows you to pay your dues, request maintenance, and view your governing documents.

• If you are new to Buildium, click the Sign-up link to create an account.

• Enter the email address that you provided at settlement - or included on the IPS info sheet.

• Enter your home address. These two pieces of information must be in our system in order to identify you.

• If the system finds you, you will be asked to create a password.

• Follow the instructions for the length and type of characters that can be used in your password.  This will complete your login credentials.
